Transfer of Personal Data

In accordance with Article 8 of the Law and in line with the purposes specified in this Clarification Text, FEVUP Brands may transfer personal data to authorized person/institution/organizations, regulatory and supervisory institutions, courts and enforcement offices as provided that all necessary precautions are taken. FEVUP Brands can transfer data abroad due to platforms whose servers are located abroad and transactions before foreign public authorities where official transactions are carried out.

Rights of Data Subject

You can get information about your personal data by sending a mail to hello@fevupbrands.com. In accordance with the Law No. 6698, you can exercise your rights stated below:

• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

• Requesting information about processed data,

• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

• Receiving information about the third parties to whom personal data is transferred locally or internationally,

• Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of legal conditions,

• Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

1. Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of loss upon unlawful processing of personal data.

In accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles, the data subject may submit their requests to the Data Controller in writing or by using a registered e-mail address, electronic signature or mobile signature. We kindly ask you to include Name-Surname, Signature, T.C. Identification Number, place of residence or workplace address, e-mail address, if any, telephone or fax number, together with the petition containing the explanations regarding the above right to be used. Following the application of the data subject, FEVUP BRANDS will respond free of charge within the legal period of 30 days. We kindly state that in case a separate cost calculation is required to fulfill the requests FEVUP Brands may charge the cost of recording media such as CD, flash memory.

Personal data processed by FEVUP BRANDS will be processed in line with this text by taking all necessary information security measures. The data will be stored limited to the legal storage period or for the period required by the processing purpose, and will continue to be used by FEVUP BRANDS after being anonymized at the end of the period required by the processing purpose, or will be destroyed in accordance with the relevant procedure provisioned in relevant legislation.

FEVUP BRANDS collects the personal data of the person concerned in accordance with the law and the rule of good faith, accurate, proportionate and up-to-date and when necessary, in line with the purpose for which they are processed for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed.

Please note that FEVUP BRANDS has the right to make changes in this text due to ammendments in relevant legislation; and new methods or regulations determined by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
