Hereby with this Informing Text, Fevup Brands E-Ticaret ve Bilişim Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi  ("FEVUP BRANDS") informs you about the collection method of personal data, the purposes of processing, legal grounds, the transfer to third parties and the rights of the data subject as the data controller in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law").

FEVUP BRANDS processes personal data in order to fulfill its obligations under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, Labor Law No. 4857, Code of Obligations No. 5237, and other applicable legislation.

Personal Data Collection Methods

FEVUP BRANDS collects personal data of candidates in electronic or physical written form, especially through career section, Linkedin, Kariyer.net, Bilkent Kariyer, direct e-mail, delivery of hardcopy documents, website, notifications from administrative and judicial authorities, and rarely in other communication channels, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in the Law and legal reasons specified in the hereby informing text.

Processed Personal Data, Legal Reasons and Purposes of Processing

On the grounds that it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract:

• Identity (Name Surname, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Photograph)

• Contact (Address, E-mail Address, Phone Number)

• Work Experience (Diploma, Courses Taken, Profession Background, Previous Work Experience, Certificates, Transcript Information, Foreign Language and Technical Capabilities)

Transfer of Personal Data

FEVUP BRANDS may share personal data in line with the purposes specified in this Informing Text, in accordance with Article 8 of the Law, with institutions or organizations, partnerships and affiliates, and persons legally authorized by them, that are authorized to request the personal data of the person concerned, such as legal advisors, financial advisors and tax advisors, regulatory and supervisory institutions, and courts and enforcement offices. FEVUP BRANDS can transfer data abroad due to the servers and mailing systems located abroad.

 

Rights of the Data Subject

You can exercise your rights stipulated in Article 11 of the Law regarding your data processed by FEVUP BRANDS:

1. Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

2. Requesting information on personal data if processed,

3. Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,

5. Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

6. Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of legal conditions,

7. Requesting notification of third parties to whom personal data has been transferred in accordance with subparagraphs (d) and (e),

8. Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person herself/himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

9. Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

In accordance with the Comminuque On The Principles And Procedures For The Request To Data Controller, you can use your above-mentioned rights by sending a mail or petition, including the Name-Surname, Signature, ID Number, place of residence or workplace address, e-mail address, if any, telephone or fax number, together with the explanations regarding the right to be used, to Beştepe Mah. Following the application of the data subject, FEVUP BRANDS will conclude the application of the data subject free of charge within the legal period of 30 days. Only if it is obligatory to answer in recording media such as CD, flash memory; FEVUP BRANDS may charge a fee for the cost of the recording medium.

FEVUP BRANDS attributes utmost importance to personal data of the candidates and thus takes all appropriate information security measures, provided that they are not used outside of the purposes and scope specified in this Informing Text; it will be kept during the legal storage period or for the period required by the processing purpose, and will continue to be used by FEVUP BRANDS after being anonymized at the end of the period required by the processing purpose, or will be destroyed due to relevant procedure in accordance with the Law and relevant legislation.

FEVUP BRANDS has the right to make changes in this informing text due to changes in the Law and new methods or regulations that may be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Please read the Informing Text each time before sending your application especially if you are applying for multiple positions or times.
