Recent data collected by Amazon has shown the difficulties encountered by SMBs in Europe's e-commerce landscape!
The survey of 2,500 SME owners in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom indicated that the two main regions where owners could most benefit from assistance were guidance on how to most effectively use a logistics support network (73%) and assistance on VAT and customs compliance (70%).
